One piece mailers
One piece mailers and door drops need to be sealed in order to be posted. There are 3 options, all of which we can produce:
From flat sheets to pre-stitched books, we can supply and affix a perforated sticker, (crystal disc), to keep 1 or 3 edges shut or even multiple applications on 1 edge. We can also affix these to a flat surface and apply bespoke stickers with the same machine.
If you require a glued option, we can either seal on the fore edge with a line or dots of peelable glue. We can also glue 3 edges with peelable glue so that they can qualify for CNB postage discounts.
The last option is to cold glue seal all edges normally. This may have a 3 edge perforation that allows the customer to open on receipt.
In addition to all these options we can also inkjet personalise in line if required for all your postage options.
Tipping on and attaching

Some of the feeders and folding equipment we have also gives us the capability of feeding unusually shaped items such as Maltese crosses and shaped wallets and leaflets, allowing us to also fold and seal them with our various glue applications. We can code or personalise them in line if required.
